ALUMINIUIM FRAMES, DOORS AND WINDOWS WITH FIXED LEAVES - SYSTEM 72 STH

The 72 STH system includes aluminium heat-treated sections. It has been planned to guarantee the heat insulation and soundproofing according to the most demanding European laws in force.

The heat-treating is carried out through the best and most in van existing machineries and it’s obtained by using polyamide fillets strengthened through fibreglass and inserted in metal parts mechanically.

The 72 STH system permits producing aluminium heat-treated doors and windows included in the group number 2.1 (coefficient of thermal transmission Kr. < 2.8 W/m2 K), as the law DIN 4108 settles.

• EPDM weather-strips – we furnish coloured weather-strip or weather-strip inserted into vulcanized frames too.
• Pane-latches with a working height of 22 mm.
• Solid section 6.6 polyamide bars strengthened through glass fibres
• Space for moving accessories – wheel-base 21 mm.
• Central joint positioned in order to guarantee better air tight and watertight
• Optimized equalization space that eliminates water stagnation
• Soundproof weather-strips
• Angular squares guaranteeing an optimum tight
• Hidden direct drain
• Direct drain with external covering system
• Airing system for panes – it eliminates water stagnation

This kind of fixture has a great many uses: the set is inclusive of aluminium sections, original accessories and weather-strips and permits the carrying out of every kind of doors and windows with fixed leaves (windows, French windows, and transom windows, bascule windows, folding shutters, and parallel sliding transom windows, main doors, etc).
Thanks to the architectonical shapes of sections (level, shaped, classic, hiding lines) and to the range of finishes (oxidation or varnishing), this line is right for both new and old buildings and it fits to old towns too.
