ALUMINIUIM FRAMES, DOORS AND WINDOWS WITH FIXED LEAVES - SYSTEM 68 STH

The 68 STH system includes aluminium heat-treated sections. It has been planned to guarantee the heat insulation and soundproofing according to the most demanding European laws in force.

The heat-treating is carried out through the best and most in van existing machineries and it’s obtained by using polyamide fillets strengthened through fibreglass and inserted in metal parts mechanically.

The 68 STH system permits producing aluminium heat-treated doors and windows included in the group number 2.1 (coefficient of thermal transmission Kr. < 2.8 W/m2K), as the law DIN 4108 settles.

This kind of doors and windows has a great many uses: the set is inclusive of aluminium sections, original accessories and weather-strips and permits the carrying out of every kind of doors and windows with fixed leaves (windows, French windows, and transom windows, bascule windows, folding shutters, and parallel sliding transom windows, main doors, etc).
Thanks to the architectonical shapes of sections (level and radial line) and to the range of finishes (oxidation or varnishing), this line is right for both new and old buildings and it fits to old towns too.

• Airtight and watertight: opened joint (windows and French windows), double weather-strip in beating (main doors).

• Height of pane seat: height 27 mm. (net height 22 mm.)
• Pane thickness: it depends on the used pane-latch,
  - min 9.5 mm, max 51 mm. for 60 mm. traditional sections
  - min 17.5 mm, max 59 mm. for 68 mm. traditional sections
• Dimensions:
  - fixed frame:
  level line: depth 60 mm., classic or radial lines: depth 68 mm.
  - movable frame:
  windows’ depth 68 mm. - doors’ depth 60 mm.
• Internal beating on the wall: 22 mm. (30 mm. with cover cap).
