ALUMINIUIM FRAMES, DOORS AND WINDOWS WITH FIXED LEAVES - SYSTEM 45 STH
The 45 STH system includes aluminium heat-treated sections. It is the best solution to guarantee the heat insulation and satisfy the need to conciliate aesthetics, functionality, durability, and cheapness.
The thermoforming is carried out through the best and most in van existing machineries and it’s obtained by using polyamide fillets strengthened through glass fibres and inserted in metal parts mechanically.
The 45 STH system permits producing aluminium heat-treated doors and windows included in the group number 2.2 (coefficient of thermal transmission Kr. < 3.5 and Kr. > 2.8 W/m2 K) as the law DIN 4108 settles.
This kind of doors and windows has a great many uses: the set is inclusive of aluminium sections, original accessories and weather-strips and permits the carrying out of every kind of doors and windows with fixed leaves (windows, French windows, transom windows, bascule windows, folding shutters, parallel sliding transom windows, main doors, etc).
Thanks to the architectonical shapes of sections (level and radial line) and to the range of finishes (oxidation or varnishing), this line is right for both new and old buildings and it fits to old towns too.

- opened frame: windows’ thickness 52 mm, doors’ thickness 45 mm.
- Internal strike on the wall: 25 mm. (30 mm. with cover cap)
