BALCONIES

We propose balconies devised according to Thèatron system, which has been planned by paying great attention to the even more exigent market’s demand, and in order to satisfy the need of conciliate aesthetic, functionality and durability of aluminium banisters.
The ever-evolving world market of building demands increasing elegance, functionality, effectiveness, and safety measures.
The new system for aluminium banisters offers top quality standards of security; in fact the products forming part of this system are very reliable and realized according to the most severe international rules.

This kind of system has a great many uses: different kinds of parapets for balconies, terraces or flight of stairs, and glass, grill or panel plugging.

Technical Board:

Sections extruded aluminium: alloy EN AW – 6060 (EN 573-3 and EN 755-2)
Application features: on the slabs or in front of them through extruded aluminium feet fixed through expandable dowels
Plugging components:
Grill shaped with sections aluminium
Panel shaped with perimetric frame

The system foresees two architectonical-technical versions: the first one has plugging elements (grill shaped or panel shaped) fixed to the load-bearing standards internally, or externally; this version is already available. The second version, which will be soon available, has plugging elements placed in the axis of the load-bearing standards.
It’s important to underline that all the structural elements of this system, including the accessories, totally derive from extruded aluminium sections, thus permitting to carry out varnished or anodized aluminium banisters.
Both the technical versions forming part of the system are aesthetical agreeable, and easy to assemble, and quick to install by cutting and drilling sections.
To fix to the sections most of the accessories, it’s enough to insert them sliding in the appropriate seats and block them through stainless steel screws.

As far as the anchoring system on balconies or terraces or flights of stairs, they’re available accessories for the fixing on the slabs or in front of them.
The “Giordano” Institute of Bellaria has certified the main typologies in compliance with the in van rules (UNI 10807 – 30/01/1999) and Italia ministerial decrees (D.M. 16/01/1996), and according to the prescriptions of the French rule NF P 01-13 – August 1998.
